This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Parabellum Heavy Industries Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Dry Fire Hunter mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using Dry Fire Hunter, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dry Fire Hunter on devices that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with this Agreement, Apple’s App Store Terms of Service, and Google Play’s Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works
  • Remove, alter, or obscure copyright or trademark notices
  • Circumvent subscription or access controls
  • Use the App for any unlawful, unsafe, or prohibited activity

3. Ownership

Dry Fire Hunter is owned and copyrighted by Parabellum Heavy Industries Inc.
All content, images, graphics, stage designs, code, and trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company.

This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Safety and Firearm Use Disclaimer

Dry Fire Hunter provides tools for dry fire practice only. Firearm handling is inherently hazardous. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring all firearms used are unloaded and safe
  • You will follow all applicable laws, regulations, and firearm safety rules
  • You have a safe backstop or aiming point
  • You assume all risks associated with the use of the App during firearm handling

The Company is not responsible for injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from unsafe firearm practices.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments, subscriptions, renewals, and refunds are handled exclusively through:

  • Apple App Store (iOS)
  • Google Play Store (Android)

We do not process, collect, or store payment information.
Subscription terms are governed by the respective app store policies.

6. Third-Party Services

Dry Fire Hunter uses Google Firebase to collect anonymous usage analytics for performance and stability purposes.
No personal identifying information is collected.

Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of Firebase’s privacy practices.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us.

We may terminate your license at any time if:

  • You violate any terms of this Agreement
  • You attempt to misuse or tamper with the App
  • Required by law

Upon termination, you must delete the App from all devices.

8. No Warranty

Dry Fire Hunter is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Error-free operation
  • Accuracy of included content
  • Availability or uptime

Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers; in those cases, the minimum legal warranty applies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parabellum Heavy Industries Inc. is not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from misuse, unsafe firearm handling, or improper training environments
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

10. Legal Compliance (Apple & Google Required Language)

For Apple iOS Users

Apple is not responsible for:

  • The App’s content
  • Technical issues
  • Warranty claims
  • Legal claims
  • Intellectual property disputes

You acknowledge that:

  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement
  • Upon acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement

For Google Play Users

Your use of the App must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service and all applicable Google policies.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Parabellum Heavy Industries Inc. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
