Terms of Service for Dry Fire Hunter

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dry Fire Hunter mobile application (“the App”), which is owned and operated by Parabellum Heavy Industries Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using Dry Fire Hunter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Dry Fire Hunter is intended for adults who wish to practice safe, at-home dry fire training for precision rifle competition.
You agree to use the App responsibly and safely. You must comply with all local laws and safety rules related to firearms and dry fire practice.
We are not responsible for user misuse of firearms or unsafe training conditions. Do not use the app with live ammunition in the training area, which is in violation of the terms of service.
2. Subscription and Payment Terms
The App may offer subscription-based features. All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
By purchasing a subscription through the App Stores, you agree to their billing terms and policies.
We do not issue direct refunds and cannot modify store billing accounts.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account settings.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dry Fire Hunter for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the app or imagery in the app.
- Circumvent security or subscription controls
- Use the App for unlawful or unsafe activities
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within Dry Fire Hunter—including images, stage designs, text, graphics, icons, and code—is the property of Parabellum Heavy Industries Inc., unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce or distribute app content without prior written permission.
5. Anonymous Analytics
The App uses Google Firebase to collect anonymous usage analytics to help improve performance and reliability.
No personally identifiable information is collected.
No analytics are sold or used for advertising or profiling.

6. Safety Notice
Dry fire practice involves the handling of firearms. By using this App, you acknowledge:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring firearms are unloaded and safe
- You have a safe backstop or aiming point
- You follow all applicable firearm safety laws
- You assume all risks associated with firearm training
We disclaim liability for injuries, property damage, or legal issues resulting from misuse of firearms while using the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dry Fire Hunter is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy of content
- Availability or uptime
- Error-free operation
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parabellum Heavy Industries Inc. is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Personal injury or property damage
- Issues arising from firearm misuse or unsafe training environments
Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the App
- Required by law
You may stop using the App at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Parabellum Heavy Industries Inc. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
