Getting Started
Dry Fire Hunt is an application designed to help precision shooters practice the full locate/range/engage workflow used in precision rifle matches indoors using dry fire practice.
Exact equipment will vary based on the shooters preferences and workflow, but recommended minimum equipment includes:
- Android or iOS device, preferably capable of screen mirrioring/sharing
- TV screen capable of being paired with the personal phone device for screen sharing
- Rifle and optic equipped with an indoor training aid adapter (DFAT, IOTA, etc) allowing the optic to focus at 11-13 feet (3.6m) from the TV screen.
- Binoculars capable of focusing at 11-13′. This may require purchasing one or two diopter lenses for your binoculars. We offer 3D printable adapters for using the 37mm DFAT adapters on Vectronix VectorX and Sig10k-Gen1 binos for free.
No, Dry Fire Hunt is a traditional dry fire application. There is no feedback as to where you ‘hit’ when dry firing with dry fire hunt.

All billing transactions and subscriptions are handled by the respective Apple and Google Play stores. Dry Fire Hunt never interacts with your billing information.
